This place is a joke, they make you jump through all their hoops with the obvious questions...what do you need done, and that they are there for you and your needs,HA HA HA just left after taking 1/2 the day off and hours of traffic and then again I'm jumping through their hoops, 3D scans more one one BS...then the Dr walks in and says they do not just do 1 implant. They had me fill out forms on the website, but nothing said they didn't take insurance. So I took time off from work, got up to their office and sure enough, the receptionist said "I see you filled out the information on line", and I responded yes. Then she hands me a paper and said this wasn't one of of them, please read and sign. And sure enough there is was. TV ADs are misleading. I got the impression you could get a full set of choppers, anchored by implants for less than $30,000 to $40,000. Not so.
By far the worst choice anybody could make is it go to clear choice. I don't have anything bad to say about the doctors ,its the Dental Lab technicians that are the problem. Cesar,the manager is probably the most unqualified lab manager in this business that I've ever met.He is not a certified dental technician. First of all you cannot actually talk directly to the dentist office. Only their toll-free number. That goes for any calls until they take your money. I have made three attempts to schedule. all the scheduling was messed up. either they had it on the wrong day or they claim they never had an appointment. If they can't get it together to schedule appointments what are they going to do to your teeth? It seems to me like a big corporation with very little concerned for the customer/client I would not trust them with my teeth.... read more
If you plan on using your insurance they will not provide any pertinent info the insurance company requests. Receptionist states they do not give that info out as they don't file your insurance. It took over a year to get the documents for filing and even then they were incomplete.
