I went in for a consultation this morning and was greeted by a young lady who was very nice. I waited for about 10 to 15 minutes before I was seen while filling out paperwork form and thought the time frame was great. I then met with Stella who was so personable and understanding of why I came in. She took a panoramic dental x-ray and explained everything to me. They don't keep their word by any means. I paid to have my fiance get an implant that cost 10k it was supposed to be temporary untill the permant mold was made. The dentist broke her tooth so he couldn't do what was promised and she's currently walking around toothless despite they saying there's a lifetime smile guarantee. After almost a year they still have not fixed the tooth that she keeps having to use fixident to keep in her mouth in the front, she was promised it to be fixed and now they want another $7500 even thoug... read more

I went to this place (225 Broadway) because the procedures were supposed to be covered by my insurance. I saw a periodontal specialist. After the initial consultation, I was told that I needed to have extensive work that was not covered by my insurance. I took their word for it and proceeded to start the work needed. I paid $4,000. I did contact my insurance afterwards and they said that it was 100 percent covered, and that they should have submitted a claim, but to ask for the code. I went to this place a few months ago and they removed a wisdom tooth. My insurance covered it. Now I need implants. My insurance covers that also but they're giving me a lot of trouble. I have asked several times to speak to Larisa from billing and they keep making excuses that she is not there. Unprofessional and ghetto medical facility. After reading these reviews it's a good thing bc I'm not going back to this place.

Implant was performed about eight months ago.The actual implant procedure went okay. My disappointment was the cosmetics. The titanium, was visible above the gum. Initially they tried to claim they didn't notice it. Yeah right. For what they charge this should not have happened. Immediately following the implants, I requested a nght guard.
