Implant was performed about eight months ago.The actual implant procedure went okay. My disappointment was the cosmetics. The titanium, was visible above the gum. Initially they tried to claim they didn't notice it. Yeah right. For what they charge this should not have happened. Immediately following the implants, I requested a nght guard. Run, run like a thief in the night from this place. Do not waste your time. 9 chairs and 20 people waiting.
This is only the clear choice if you're looking to overpay for implants. The average price in NYC for a single implant is $2000. And after over an hour of their sales guy Miles and the prosthodontist talking to me, they gave the price of $5400. "What a waste of my time" were the words I uttered on my way out. Don't waste your time either.
Dr. Sandra Scibetta agreed to see me the other day to see why the implant I received from the Long Island City Clear Choice was causing me pain. On a scale of 1-10 the pain was 10. The Long Island City office was closed for the entire week and would not bring an on call doctor in so after spending 24 hours of constantly calling their answering service and talking to Dr. Athar, an assistant Josie and the manager, Marcus they all were completely uncooperative and did nothing to help except arrange for Dr. Scibetta to see me ... read more
