This is my first visit, both the ladies Jasmin at the front desk are very polite and friendly. I like that personal information is remaining personal, ie: not stating full address, phone, or emails. My appointment was at 11:30 I arrived at 11:20 I knew there would be some paperwork. It's now 11:50 and I have yet to be called back. My consultant took forever, some steps were missed and had to be repeated. Switched to the San Mateo office to get my teeth cleaned as the prior one, closer to me, apparently had no hygenists. The staff is great. My hygenist is great. The office, set up, parking, all of that is great. Was able to get the teeth cleaned but in the future, I won't be able to. It started at $250 for annual cleaning. Then went up to $350, ok. But this time, I'm told that it's going to jump to $600!!!!!!!! At this rate, when I'm old and collecting social security (lol) I will have to make a choice between paying rent/mo... read more

Holy cow are these guys awful at TELLING YOU WHEN PEOLE WILL BE DONE WITH APPOJNTMENTS. I presume they do ok work, they're the only option in the Bay, but their monopoly seems to make them think that people can WAIT FOR DOUBLE TO TRIPLE THE APPOINTMENT WAIT TIME FOR EACH APPOINTMENT. Also, they were not customer service oriented AT ALL. It is the only option for permanent implants here in the SF/Bay area, and I think it's made them lax in remembering that THEIR PATIENTS HAVE OTHER THINGS TO DO THAN WAIT 3x as long as they w... read more

If I can give this place a negative star I would. They are so quick to take your money but when it's time for service don't expect any. We had a follow up appointment scheduled for June then a couple weeks prior they called to reschedule because they are under staff. We completely understand so we reschedule, then the second time it's the same thing. The final appointment was for January of 2024 and guess what we received the same phone call. I had my all "on four procedure" done yesterday. I am an RN so my expectations may be a bit higher than most but in this case I think anyone would have been upset. First of all, the surgeon ( Dr Madeena) was great and I am having an easy recovery. That is the most important thing. However, here are the things that I think you should know. Dental implants is good the problem is that they make you wait more than an hour for anything. Consultation time was 12:30 waited for an hour and still did not see Doctor. When we finally did and scheduled a surgery appointment they changed it and then the day of surgery made us wait again. Mind you they instructed my husband not to eat 8 hours before surgery and they scheduled it at 12:30 . He was not taken in until 2 pm!!! So basically he didn't eat the whole day! I paid them $56,000 with a check in July 2022. I have temporaries in my mouth that are too big. They cut the inside of my mouth to fit them in on the day of surgery. I have stretch marks on my face from them extracting my teeth. I have my right side of my face sagging the teeth that they put in my mouth are too big for my face and they're lopsided so I've had these temporaries for almost a year. My daughter started her journey 4 years ago in pain and teeth in bad shape. We paid over 50,000 up front and 4 years later she is still in pain. They have done something wrong with one of the implants and when she opens her mouth to yawn or bite she gets a zapping nerve pain. They have sent us away to other dentist to get a second opinion but they don't have the tool to remove my daughters implants. She asked them to loan her one no. I had my surgery in January of 2019 where Clear Choice removed all of my teeth and installed an "All on 4" dental implant set up on the top & bottom of my mouth. For which I paid around $55,000 for, which had to be paid in full before they would start.
