The staff is super friendly. From the bubbly girl at the front desk, to the young ladies that escort you to exam room. But it all starts with the sales person. PEC, I think is what they call them. Nancy was caring, a great listener, funny and very empathetic to my situation. She gave me options, which is nice, and didnt pressure me into any hasty decision. My experience with ClearChoice was excellent. The entire staff displayed customer service at its best. They were all very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Dr. Massah was great. I really felt at ease because she showed a genuine interest in not only my teeth, but my overall health. Dr. Massah was very detailed and didn't leave any stones unturned.
