Excellent service outstanding staff
The process took too long. When you tell clients they will go home with a temporary denture, be more honest about how long that temporary will be and how much maintenance and discomfort they will endure. I was forced to accept the first model because I did want to have to wait another 4 months to get another model and then another 3-4 months to get the final. Waiting a year or more in temporaries is not "temporary". Had I known then what I know now I would never have done it.
