Do not use their services! I received my implants almost 6 years ago. Things were fine until my lower implant became loose and later became completely detached from my mouth. I made an appt when I was back in CA to have the lower implants reinserted, which would've involved just screwing the implant back in (assuming no other complications). I assumed this would be done for no charge, after all this has been promoted as a "permanent" solution. They told me there was a 5-year warranty, yet my paperwork made no mention... read more

Dental implant Since my other reviews mysteriously keep disappearing, I'm going to keep posting! My FIL went to Clear Choice dental in Torrance, ca to have his dentures replaced with implants. He just wanted to be able to eat better and not have dentures. Cue the used car salesman act! They said he was a good candidate even though he wasn't! They told numerous people they were good candidates even though they were turned away from other dentist. Paid $60,000 plus out of pocket for them. From the get go things went wrong!... read more

10:15 appointment time. Arrived on time, waited for 30 minutes, and a nice young lady took me on a tour of the facility and did a CT scan. Went back to the waiting room for another 30 minutes, another nice young lady took to a room to watch a video of the implant process. Waited another 30 minutes thereafter. Again, another nice young lady comes in and we step into her office to discuss what I would like to have done, but she states she is not a doctor, therefore I must discuss this with the clinician. I have 3 implants, no major jaw surgery - just implants and it has taken a year to get my permanent teeth. Only had front upper done to replace a bridge and 2 other teeth. Not sure if the problem or front office but either way should not take 11-12 months. Doctor will say "oh you're doing great come back next week", front desk schedules you a month out. I paid $10,000 for two semi-flat, sandpaper nubs in the back of mouth that are suppose to pass as teeth! Please shop around, do your research, ask questions and read the reviews before you decide. I wish I would have. I was strongly encouraged to post a review by people who were on this long journey with me. It's been over a year since my initial consultation and I am very displeased with my final "product". It started pleasant enough. Today was my assessment appointment 6/14 @ 9:30. I arrived 5 minutes early. Arrived at the front door and it was locked. No problem, there is a sign that says please wait to be let in. I wait 5 then 10 minutes. I see a staff walking back and forth still not concerned because I'm a big girl I can't be missed in front of a clear glass door. Still wasn't acknowledged. This review is not based on the quality of their work or the price of their product. This is 100% about their lack of respect for another person's time. I showed up for my appointment 5 minutes early. 15 minutes past my appointment time, I asked the girl at the front desk when I was going to be seen. the doctor Jenna Benko is very caring and wants to help in every way to put a smile on your face. But as far as the financially part they don't care that you are not rich nor have a lot of money to work with you in monthly payments to especially Matthew Maloney he said he cares which he does to a degree but also he don't care about some people who cant afford a high bill per month so people make sure you got money lots to get this done. Well I went in to see if I could get there if you can afford a car payment. You can afford New Theeth. Well went through the Sales Pitch and xrays. The whole ordeal was painless. The whole time I was worried that I would need bone grafts a Sinus lift as my teeth roots are very long. Well after about 10 minutes the dentist came in .And she told me that I was a good candidate for the procedure No bone grafts no sinus lift needed. Needless to say I was ecstatic.
