Horrible patient care, over priced. Unfriendly staff. Everyone seems just so upset and unhappy around to patient! Very disappointed in the in the treatments . Implants are failing ot very functional procedure! Don't ever go there !! They will try to take your money and then they don't care!! Very rude !!
Needless to say very very disappointed in Clear Choice. Waited over 6 weeks for an an appointment and you call me 4 days before my appointment to tell your down technician and need to change my appoint?? Appointment would be more than 7 days further out??! Will ensure I update Yelp with my experience.
I may be a little biased so I will just tell you of my experience and let you decide for yourself what to think I need new teeth. It is hereditary and more fillings, crowns, and root canals will NOT help. Initial consultation for replacement led to a price of $27K for the work I wanted done. The final product looks good but the process was a nightmare. Before my boyfriend could even walk from the anesthesia they made us leave and then they didn't even help me get him to the car. I had to have a complete stranger from the elevator help. Now after several calls they won't set an exact date on when they will charge us. So some months I have two charges on my account. Don't be conned by the ad. This is a rip off, there TV ad promises FREE exam, consultations, Free cscan, work completed in one day. Don't believe it! We saw the ad on TV, live on an island in Puget Sound, called their office, promised a free cscan, exam, consultation at no charge. As I am elderly and in need of a lot of dental work, I decided to travel the 3 hrs to get my free scan, exam and consultation. This company is not reasonably priced at all! Very expensive to have anything done with them. And if you visit their offices you know why. Everyone is very well manicured from head to toe and have very intense sparkly personalities and all the very latest devices that they bought to impress the patient. Very over the top. I paid $19,000 for 3 implants. The crowns of all three broke and had to be replaced (to the tune of $600 apiece) within 2 years. When I called with problems I was told someone would get back to me, but no one returned my calls. Don't believe their claim to have the entire procedure completed in one visit. There was an initial scan, then an evaluation and planning visit, another visit for the surgery and two more for impressions and placing of the crowns. My sister and I took my 75 year old mother for the free consultation they offer to new patients. The lobby looks great and the coffee is excellent. Anyway, my mother is missing 4 top teeth. After the scan, it was decided the best course of action for her would be to completely replace all her bottom teeth and all her top teeth with implants.
