I had an implant placed for a broken tooth. The next morning after the surgery, when I woke up there was a lot of blood all over my pillow. I called the office and they told me that this was normal and that I should just plan on following up at my check-up appointment scheduled in 3 weeks. Two days later I was in the hospital with an infection apparently caused by the implant surgery. The hospital staff recommended that I do not go back to clear choice.

The dentist messed up my mouth and teeth. When I complained about this, the manager squealed that she has "no financial incentive" to help patients that had already paid in full. Interpretation: "We committed malpractice and stole your money, so get lost". I then had to go to a competent dentist to fix the problems. Do not waste your time or money at this business.

The crowns that they put in kept falling out. I had to go back to get the crowns fixed at least 5 times in 2 months. I asked that they resolve this issue. The manager was irate when I told her that I cannot afford to waste my time and keep coming back. She did not understand that I have a busy schedule and need a smile that will not keep failing.
