My husband had his first appointment today at 2:15 this afternoon. He was all pumped to see what this establishment can do for his mouth in regards to having implants done. We got to the office at 2:00 and sat in the reception area and waited for over 25 minutes without anyone coming to say like we are running late. NOTHING!! So we walked out as waiting that long is crazy and the worst is no communication from staff. We got home and didn't receive a call from them until 3:30 to ask why we left. This place has some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. They are very scripted. The person answering the phone will give you a very negative impression of this place. She's not to bright on the phone and has no customer satisfaction skills. Sounds like the doctors have some very large ego's as well. More concerned about how they want things to go rather than care about the patient. Use caution here . . and go somewhere else. Sad

I thought of this play was a great place until something went wrong ,didn't want to fix it they don't want to do anything about it in the end I would never recommend this place to anyone because they do not stand behind their work they just are hungry to make a quick dollar and then charge more for their mistakes my primary doctor was the dentist Dr. Mark Adams

I sent the following letter to Clear Choice last week with absolutely no response. Guess my opinion doesn't matter to them enough. I am very disappointed....not in the implants themselves, but in just about everything else. I would really like to leave 5 stars. Unfortunately, my experience only warrants 1 star. In a nutshell: Surgery February 21, 2017 Punctured a sinus cavity when placing the implants. Damaged nerves in my chin/lip/lower jaw. The feeling can range from numb/tingling to painful burning. This damage was not recognized or acknowledged by ClearChoice. I was told that "we may have stretched your lip a bit". I find it hard to believe that my situation is unique so it should have been recognized and taken care of. Having to live on Ib... read more

My experience with Clear Choice has been less than satisfactory to say the least. My first appointment - the consultation was very impressive. I was eager to start my dental work (1 implant and 5 crowns, all of which were my top front teeth). Since then, both the customer service and dental work has gone downhill tremendously. Aside from having to take out $12K+ in loans to afford it, every appointment after the consultation, there have been scheduling issues. I had a bad experience at a local dentist with an infected extraction. I needed dental implants and found that Clear Choice does the most implants of anyone by far in my area so I drove the extra 2 hours to use them. Their presentation made me feel very confident and so I planned to have more extractions in preparation for the other implants. They say all in one day. Don't believe it. Took them six months and counting...for two teeth. The implant caused a bad infection that was painful and had to be lanced. The "flipper" is extremely uncomfortable and I had to dremel it down myself to try and get it to fit without hurting. They don't start your permanent teeth impression on your final post-implant recheck....no they make you schedule weeks later. THEN it takes another 5 weeks to get the actual permanent implant.
