I had 8 implants put in at Clearchoice and after 5 years, 1 implant failed. I had absolutely no symptoms but ClearChoice offered to replace the implant at no charge to me. I found this to be very professional and the staff and doctors were great! My implant was replaced quickly and uneventfully and at no charge!
