I had my temporary teeth put in out of state. After a few weeks they broke and I had to fly back to get them repaired. A few weeks after that the new ones have now broken. It happens in the middle of the night with my night guard in. Now I am permanently in Texas and I just called them as my upper teeth are broken and hanging down. Less than a month ago they did a full mouth replacement. While eating a Dove Bar (soft ice cream) the lower implant cracked and came apart. I had this done in CA but am out in Texas for 2 months and tried to get local help. I was told if they send my records they will review them and decide if they can help me. THEY ARE INDIVIDUALY OWNED. Don't think you can get help anywhere. They got my money now its good luck. This is why they want the money up front. I wish I had it to do over again.

I chose clear choice because the commercials at the time made it sound like one appointment. In and out. It's more like eight or nine. Going here is like going to a used car dealership. They will overpromise and under deliver. I was told the teeth would be stronger than Normal teeth and I could eat whatever I wanted. Within couple of years, they told me they needed to be replaced. keep in mind the They costed me $44,000. The consultation alone, coupled with the insurmountable prices they were asking for, to do an all on four on both arches...felt like a 100% racket. My instincts say stay way from here.

Front desk and techs are great- however They ave taken almost 2 years and still Not done they forgot to Pout screws back in which lead to Other problems! Sutures got tangled up. Implants from clear choice are no better Than dentures-save your money and more Importantly your time! New people every time I come- it does Seem Like they are going in right direction regarding Friendliness-it remains to be seen about Implants since they are not done yet.

I am so furious with these people. I was told by them that the procedure would take 6 months (for a bridge). A year later, $17,000 poorer, I've received every damn excuse in the book as to delays! I pleaded with them to get my bridge done before my trip 2/11. They said they'd have it done and in by 2/9. Today, 2/6, they called with another excuse - "there's an issue with the lab." Just left this place. You notice a sign on the desk that says they will cancel your appointment if you are 15 minutes late, however they feel its perfectly fine to keep you waiting for an unlimited time. For someone who expects you to spend thousands of dollars with them, you would think that they would be more respectful of your time. They lost out on me.

There has been so many different employees. None of the original crew work there anymore. Everyone always tell you something different. They act like because every thing physically looks ok so they act like what bothering you not really happening . I never in my life had jaw pain after surgery I would get lock jaw .it all a big scam they say you can eat apple same day not true at all those temp will break.There a stronger kind than the ones I have that option was never given to me . Let me just say this I went there today for a consultation prior to arriving at the office I was given some forms to fill out, when I arrived at the office they handed me five or six more forms to fill out and I said do you really need all these now?oh yes you have to be fill all this out before we talk talk to you. So I said, clear choice is clearly not my choice.
