I highly recommend Clear Choice here in Indianapolis, the staff and Dr Barbosa are amazing, I give them 10/10 for sure.

Two depressions over implants, 1 filled by assistant, I think she was not paying attention where she had hardening light shining as already developing new depression. Loose implant tightened staying tight.
$25,000 for lower implants only. I was under the impression that was a one time cost for all services. The first cleaning came and went. I was notified a week before the second cleaning (a year later) that they no longer provide that service. That I would have to see another dentist and of course incur another dental bill. That was not what I was sold. Please do more homework than I.
