RecommendedI was very satisfied with the services provided. They came quickly...even on a holiday weekend when other places said they couldn’t get to my house for 3 days!! How can one wait that long when everything is backing up??!! The crews were professional and sympathetic to my situation. They came when they said they would and took care of everything. RecommendedWe called two other Cesspool Companies (one of which we have been using for over 10 years) and were given the run around for 24 hours...be there sometime today, on the way, truck broke down, frozen gas lines etc. Called Clear River at 1:30PM and even tho it was 8 degrees, below zero with the wind chill, and they were very busy we had someone come out in a timely manner and empty our Cesspools. Thanks

Great company. We used them for an install, we had a very small area to work with but they got the job done and did a great job! They were friendly and answered all our questions. Great customer service always promptly returned our phone calls. Competitive pricing too. Highly recommend!!

I called and requested a line clearance and waste removal from my backyard due to a release pipe overflow. I specifically chose this company because they committed to removal of the little waste as opposed to my regular plumber. They refused to clear the waste (only a 12”x12” area with 1” deep) and charged my nearly 500$ for the line clearing. I am still having problems with my line since their “service”. !!!!! WARNING, WARNING !!!!!! PLEASE READ DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY We had an emergency on 04/07/17 and the cesspool was backing up into the house. They came and did the job over a 3 day period. The worker did a very poor job. They put holes all over my garden, they busted up my under ground sprinkler system, they spray painted my lawn, they left all the stones and used gravel and sand all over my Lawn. POOR AND SLOPPY JOB. Never reimburse me for the damages.They took 3 separate payments for different jobs that were required. ... read more
