We had an excellent buying experience with Ray at Clear Choice! He answered all of our questions promptly. We were emailed the car fax report as well as the mechanical report. Patrick did an outstanding job. I already knew what vehicle I wanted but he made the process easier and smoother than any of the 10 dealerships I’ve used. They were also able to beat my preapproved financing thru the credit union I’ve used for over a decade. This was an out of state purchase and they gave me a fair offer on my trades before traveling and actually gave me more after looking over the vehicles which was a huge surprise because usually the dealer will bait you in and offer less when they know you’ve traveled so ... read more

The buying experience was awesome. All the staff was great. There was an issue with the vehicles hood latch that was broke so the hood will not open. Which will make it hard to service the vehicle. I brought it up but was kind of blown off. Also the truck was filthy and had a 1/4 tank of gas. Spending over 22 thousand on a used vehicle I would think it could have been clean and a tank of gas.. I would definitely recommend and will be back.
