MONEY, MONEY, MONEY, MONEY as the song goes & it's all that matters at Clearway! This place could care less about helping people in pain. They won't even accept you as a patient if you don't have health insurance which tells me that it's all about making money off of people's suffering since the only possible reason for them not accepting you without insurance and allowing for self pay is because they won't be able to perform expensive procedures and injections without insurance. Wait time was 45 minutes late. At best Dr Walsh and I were on a different page. It's as if she thought she had a child in front of her. I do not have back pain. I have debilitating neuropathy pain. I'm 77 and know fully well what I need help with. So to be kind, I'm sure she has plenty of folks who are looking for the opioid fix. I might or might not go back. After experiencing nausea for 3 days on a pain medication, I decided I needed to consult with my Pain Management Physician. I couldn’t get a return call from the call center do I decided to visit the office where he was scheduled to see patients today. Upon arrivalwas told he wasn’t working there but at another location. The front desk person went above & beyond seeking out which location, then was able to make me an appointment for late this afternoon!
I would like to thank Dr. Walsh and Her staff, I’ve been seen at Clearway numerous times, but I have never been seen in the West Pensacola office. Very happy with the results so far and her knowledge of my issue and for taking the time to talk about it. I have never had an issue with Clearway. I would recommend him for your pain management needs.
***UPDATE the Walsh woman I got up and terminated my appointment with for obvious reasons and indicated Verbally to her I would Not be needing her Services has Billed my Insurance for a $780.00 fee AND CLEAR? 'In What?' Way sent me a Certified Mail Notice of their 30 Day Cancellation of my association with their Nightmare Practice! So Long Money grabber, incompetent Karen Walsh I am Disputing your charges ESPECIALLY SINCE YOU DID NOT EVEN REQUEST MY RECORDS! BYE and/or I will see you in Court.
