I have been seeing Dr. Garrett for a while, yes wait times are ridiculous, especially if you are waiting for a prescription. Dr. Garrett seems to always be interested in my pain and trys to help get it corrected, however I have insurance, the staff are great to me. However, my daughter also goes to Dr Garrett shes the reason I chose to go to him. KEY WORDS: SHE DOES NOT HAVE INSURANCE. I have been with her and the staff treat her like she is beneath them, Dr. Garrett takes no time with her.
I'm in terrible pain most of the time so my primary doctor recommended Dr. Garrett. I have been seeing him for several months trying to find out my back problem. He has done two procedures that didn't work but it wasn't his fault. I am waiting to be seen by a back surgeon so until then Dr. Garrett regulates pain meds for me which is good. He is very compassionate and understanding. I also like his staff. They are upbeat and smile a lot. I have to wait a good while to be seen but he is worth it.

Dr. Disantos is not bad. The problem is the front office staff in the Crestview office need to be replaced- and quickly! Those girls are the first face patients see- and with their attitude, makes you wonder what the person is like that actually hired them. Another thing- and this is a big no,no..... the med tech came into the lobby with a scratch piece of paper taking everyone’s vitals, weight, and medication type, in full view of all other patients in the waiting room. That’s a real good way to get sued!!

I saw Dr Garrett for almost 18 months and left his service because of increasing frustration over his incorrectly reviews of my records, medication and just lack of care. One of the last appointments, I said “ can I tell you what my day is like?” And his reply was “you can, but it won’t matter” his aids, with the exception of Mark, were rude and disrespectful. Dr. Garrett was a kind and respectful doctor, I had hope, then I needed a weeks worth of meds to stop the exasperating pain in the right side of my back down my leg, that is when the experience of GCPI was shown. I called the morning after I had popped my back, no return call so I called again that afternoon, no return call.
