After unsuccessful surgery I became a patient of pain management clinics. The doctors I've met were knowledgeable and without much hesitation offered opioid therapy. Dr. Hameed has an entirely different approach. After thorough evaluation of my condition she suggested a complex of physiotherapy, interventional pain reduction, even Botox injections and reluctantly, opioids. All of her recommendations are very thoutful and made after my full acceptance. She is a brilliant physician. A rarity.

This Dr is as smooth as they come, but will not hesitate to mistreat you, lie to you, or lie on you. She will change procedures on you and give you a hard time getting your medication. Do not trust her, do your homework and even check out her reputation in Florida. She lied to me in order to change my proceedure to a more expensive one, then proceeded to give me painful injections without sedation, which I informed her I needed. Dr Nguyen always ask how things are going and addresses any issues that I may be having. I’m now in the middle of a new issue with severe pain that we are trying to get under control. Next step injections done by Dr Nguyen. I have confidence In him doing the procedure. I have no problem with this Dr.

Dr. Nguyen have always made me feel comfortable at my visits. Dr Nguyen is a great listener and a heart of compassion. He is concerned about your care.Dr. Nguyen don’t just give medicine onlyout he really make sure you need it and not just want . I respect him for that. I would highly recommend Dr. Nguyen for all and any of your pain or health concerns. My opinion he is a doctor that not like being a doctor but love being a doctor who cares and help his patients. Give Dr. Nguyen a try.

I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR, I don't know how she was then , but now she's arrogant, disrespectful, non caring. She shows no empathy nor sympathize with any of her patients. I have a plethora of medical problems and like one reviewer said, you cannot take a patient's medicine down substantially from percocet and morhine to basically taking Tylenol and flexeril and think that's going to do justice. Well, I left and that was the best decision I ever made. Slamming doors and screaming, I can't

Dr. Hameed came very highly recommended by my neurosurgeon at GWU. I was able to meet with her before my Transforminial Epidural Steroid Injection and Steroid Injection to my Piriformis muscle and she was very competent and kind. Her staff - Kimo - seems very unorganized - wasn't able to see that I needed two procedures, booked me for only one procedure, didn't give me pre-op info like which address to go to or to do patient registration online, and they had the wrong dob. Dr. Hameed was good.

After I consulted 4 other doctors at MFA for pain relief (over 3 1/2 years), Dr. Hameed was the first to to radically reduce my pain medication. When I began seeing her, I was on Morphine Sulfate and Percocet. She rather quickly eliminated the Morphine and substantially reduced my Percocet dose. When I told her how much pain I was in, she referred me for physical therapy (which was ineffective). I've asked to see a different doctor there (even just for a 2nd opinion) but MFA says I can't.
