Such a friendly and all around wonderful staff. From the front desk to all the people working in the back. Whenever I have a problem with an appointment, they make it so accommodating in helping me find another available appointment. I love Dr Finklestein and Dr Simmons. The PA's are just as great! I have been going to Smart Pain Management for years now ! my T7,T8 T9 are herniated and pressing against my noan-conforming nerve which is quit painful ! Dr Finkelstein is awesome ! He really cares about your quality of life and is on too of his game ! I must say if you have to get epidural shots in your back Dr. Finkelstein is an artist with putting those needles in. The staff is very friendly & professional everyone seems to care about the clients & management of their pain . The physicians & Nurse practitioner take the time to really listen at your problem & strive to come up with a plan of care specifically for the client !!
My healthcare providers are empathetic and instrumental in reaching a mutual plan of care. All of the auxiliary staff are courteous and kind. I’ve been utilizing this medical company for, I guess, 5 years now and as far as my medical pain management goes, my needs hv been met! Thank you KSPM!
