Maintenance Request I put in a maintenance request last night and the problem was fixed by the next morning. Paul was very nice, apologized for any inconvenience, and was very quick with fixing the issue. The maintenance staff is great and they try to respond as quickly as possible.

Maintenance Rating Paul was very helpful with fixing the issue I had in my apartment. I put in a request last night and now it is already fixed by noon. So thankful to have a maintenance team that responds so quickly!
Love living here Lived here for 3 years and I love it. The location is perfect and the staff is very helpful. It is nice to have a maintenance staff that actually makes it to your apartment in a timely fashion and makes sure everything is fixed for you.

Best apartments at Clemson These are by far the best apartments we looked at. Staff is friendly and the accommodations are excellent. I love the gym and lounge area, it’s close to campus, and the apartment is huge. Would definitely recommend for upcoming students!

Great place to live! I had a bunch of friends living in The Lofts and I was so jealous of them. They loved their apartment and I did not love mine, so I decided to sign a lease and move to The Lofts! Best decision I ever made.
