RecommendedHad my Honda serviced a few days ago. I have a 2008 HONDA ELEMENT. I LOVE my little suv. ❤️ I just had an Oil change & while it was in the shop having the oil changed the service guy named Jimmy Ward noted that my Serpentine belt was ready to go out! 👍🏼So I had them replace it , Since it’s the Only means of transportation I have. RecommendedIf you get the right person, you’ll have a good experience. My service advisor was Parish Malone and he did an absolute incredible job.! I will ALWAYS ASK for him! He was kind, sincere and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I’ve had bad experiences with other service people that help you when you drive up to drop your car off … like not being entered in the computer as an appointment ( when I had one) so having to wait 4 hours for an oil change.
