This is my first Honda and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had buying a vehicle. Elaine was absolutely awesome. She wasn't pushy or calling my phone every few minutes while I was at work like so many of the other dealerships. I hate pushy in your face people that pressure you. It took a little bit to get the parts; however, it was worth the wait. I just want to state that Parish, service advisor, was very professional and caring and explained everything so I believe anyone could understand it. Our salesman, Charles Cook, at Cleo Bay in Killeen, was very knowledgeable and down to earth. He was honest and did not try to BS us on the used car we were considering. He was up front about prior damage and pulled the CarFax for our review. He helped get a few dollars off the price due to recent hail dings and was generally just a good person with which to deal. We would deal with him again if we have the need.
