"Love my new Kia Sedona" I found the perfect vehicle in short order at Larry Hill Imports. This was my first new vehicle purchased since 2000. After sharing what type of vehicle I needed and my budget with the Sales Rep, Elliott Harris, I test drove a Kia Sedona Minivan. Elliott was very friendly and worked very hard on my behalf in order for me to drive home in my van. I have shared my positive experience with others and will definitely refer them to this dealership and Elliott Harris.
"Very Good" Dan Bastnagel was very good about sticking to his word. We told him upfront what we can do and he helped us reach that. He did his research and made us the best deal. He told us what he was going to do and followed through. He jumped through a lot of hoops and got his job done and we got a very good deal.
"oil and filter change,tire rotation" jerry Johnson is always a great person to deal with. It doesn't matter if its a big problem or just regular matenance, Jerry just seems to make everything go smooth. Its always a great to deal with jerry and all the other great people at larry hill ford.

"Service" I've been here 3-4 times. Best customer service bar none. Service departmen is outstanding. Each visit so far has been to get my F-150 serviced, so far they have been great. Your guys go out of their way to ensure i'm satified. Have been a customer chattanooga dealership and have purchased 6 or 7 cars / trucks over the last 10 years, however their service has been poor. Keep it up!!! I'll be in the market with in the next year to buy my wife a new ford. Larry Hill just went to the top of my list........!
