"Awesome!" Joel Towe did a phenomenal job of assisting us through this car buying experience. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were taken care of. "Service" I've been here 3-4 times. Best customer service bar none. Service departmen is outstanding. Each visit so far has been to get my F-150 serviced, so far they have been great. Your guys go out of their way to ensure i'm satified. Have been a customer chattanooga dealership and have purchased 6 or 7 cars / trucks over the last 10 years, however their service has been poor. Keep it up!!! I'll be in the market with in the next year to buy my wife a new ford. Larry Hill just went to the top of my list........!
"Great customer service" Are whole experience was great. Wayne Sorrels was our salesman, he went above and beyond my expectations. The sales manager Victor Yoshida was also super nice. We never felt like we were just another number to them. I also want to thank Jason Williams, Brad Flippen, Majdi Awad. All these guys played a part in getting me in my new car. "purchased a2014 dodge journey/ sales person. Franky, Logan" I had a very nice experience at Larry hill's car lot. This is my second vechicle purchased from them. The first was a 2009 300 Chrysler and this time it was a 2014 dodge journey. The sales person was polite and very nice to deal with, his name is Franky Logan. "Extensive service for my vehicle" After recently purchasing a vehicle(Ford Focus) from a dealer in Ohio, I travelled to TN to visit friends. "Wonderful!" I had to have a warranty issue addressed today and my truck was going to take longer than expected. So Patrick Googer offered for Jerry Johnson to drive me home. When he arrived to pick me up we were 2 minutes down the road and my alarm company called to say that my house alarm was sounding.
