"Great Buying Experience" I bought a 2013 Volkswagen Beetle from James Matthews. This was probably the best experience I have ever had with a car salesman. He was knowledgeable and went over and beyond making the experience great. No high pressure tactics!

"Patrick Googer, Service Advisor" I am writing this review to give recognition to Patrick Googer. On November 17, 2014, I brought my 2012 Ford Fiesta to have warranty work repair. Patrick was the Service Advisor who prepared the work invoice and scheduled me for a return once the parts arrived. Prior to my return, I phoned Patrick to confirm parts had been delivered. "Excellent Service" I just recently bought my 7th vehicle form Larry Hill Ford, Cleveland TN.
