I had problems with my fiesta at first but traded it in and Adam helped us get a 2014 escape and he was very friendly and knew what he was doing. He did his best to genius in this car and helped as much as possible bc he knew I had prior bad experiences with the fiesta that bought before. I would recommend Adam he was a great sales person.
