He cooperated with the credit union in helping me get financed and his overall personality is great! It's nice to work with a family man who understands the importance of a safe and dependable vehicle for my family! My only complaint is that I didn't come sooner! We were especially excited about the extended warranty plan that was offered. I don't think this would have even been possible at another dealership. I called and spoke with Sheila. She took care of EVERYTHING! She called me to let me know what the problem was and when she thought my car would be fixed.
