But after getting home and looking over my papers, I realize they did not come down a penney on the price, gave me practiacally nothing on my trade in and charged me full price for waranty. He made us feel as ease, not pressured; like a longtime friend. Mike was also great in helping finalize the deal. He was helpful and seemed genuinely concerned about doing the right thing.
