When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Ryan Hunter in which he showed us a 2010 Dodge Caravan in which we traded our car for. "They did a great job. Took great care of me. Larry wasn't..." They did a great job. Took great care of me. Larry wasn't pushy or demanding at all. Great to deal with. Took good care to find out my needs, desires, budget, etc and make sure everything fit and worked well with me.

"We came in not sure if we wanted to Lease or Buy a car...." We came in not sure if we wanted to Lease or Buy a car. Both options were explained clearly in detail, and then we went out to the lot to see which cars we were interested in. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We never felt 'forgotten' or 'pressured.' I would definitely reccommend this dealership.

Mr Bailey was very patient with me and my questions. He did his best to make my visit pleasent. I recommend him to anyone looking for a car.

I never felt pressured to buy and the salesman was patient as I test drove several vehicles and labored over the right decision. "Everybody seemed to be very friendly and ready to talk..." Everybody seemed to be very friendly and ready to talk with me, not just another number. David help me acheive the criteria that I needed so that I be comfortable with the expenses. Overall I feel like I was treated well.

"We were shown several used cars at different prices and..." We were shown several used cars at different prices and the benefits of each car [mileage, comfort, etc.]. When Ford wanted to charge a higher interest rate your financial person shopped around for a better deal. Also when the salesman we asked for was busy with another customer a different salesman was very helpful until Eric Hill could get to us.
