We had a very good experience at Cleveland Ford, our salesman Zach was very helpful and laid back not pushy at all. They worked very hard to get us a loan approved for the vehicle we wanted at the payments we wanted instead of saying we had to settle for another!
Had an oil change & systems check was thorough. Despite not being on the schedule when I called & was given 4 times to choose from & she read back my 8am choice on Thurs 2/15/24. Amanda done by 9am.

I bought my vehicle here. It was a great experience and the customer service was great! When I went back for my first service of an oil change, the service department was too notch! They were kind, thorough and I felt like they cared for their customers.
Definitely one of the more pleasant vehicle buying experiences I have had over the years. Adam Anderson in sales was super laid back and knowledgeable, and I felt zero pressure to agree to anything I was not comfortable with.
