Cleveland is absolutely wonderful. He is so personable that you almost don’t realize how knowledgeable he is. But he really knows his stuff. But he never talked down to me even when he had to explain things more than once. He is a cheerleader, a helper, a miracle maker, and a total class act. I would recommend him to anyone.
