Less legal requirements for paperwork. We wanted to refinance with BankSouth to build a stronger business relationship. We have deliberately moved most of our checking accounts, CDs and IRAs to BankSouth. Unfortunately our refinancing experience was no different than if we had used a new bank. Immediately after Closing, the mortgage was sold to another bank anyway. As a result we feel BankSouth does not care about developing a strong relationship with us.
