I am a patient with high but reasonable expectations (and I have had more than my fair share with visits to dentists'). I expect a doctor to be knowledgeable, clean, empathetic, courteous and respectful. Dr. Leslie Elfenbein is all of that and more. He is genuine, explanatory and respectful. He was never condescending and answered all of my questions with enthusiasm--a sign of his confidence. I recently saw Dr. Stern for a tooth infection, which required a redo root canal. He was kind, professional and was able to relieve my pain and treat the tooth. Highly recommend.
