The entire staff was responsive, polite, and very helpful. They were able to get us a new air conditioner quickly. They used drop cloths throughot my house to keep it clean, left the house just as it was when they arrived and showed me how to use my new thermostat, etc.

We've been using Climate Control to service the HVAC equipment they originally installed for us in 2014. The office staff is always pleasant and anxious to help. The technicians are very knowledgeable and provide excellent service. It always helps to have a great product, but we feel it's the people behind the product that makes it great! Thanks to everyone at Climate Control, especially Paul and Megan!
