He is very kind, gentle, thorough, and positive. I like his demeanor. I appreciate the way he listens to me and explains things to me. He's terrific and I'd recommend him every time.

I was charged $60 in addition to my co-pay because we did the visit over the phone during the COVID-19 outbreak. I only needed a prescription refill and the visit took less than 10 minutes. They did not tell me at the time that there was an additional fee, only sent me a bill later.
