I took my four kittens here. I was told that two of them had nothing more than a head cold while the other two had a chest cold. The way that the details were outlined to me it seemed like nothing. Not even 6 hours later one of the kittens that just had a “head cold” died in my arms. This place is full of nothing but hacks and people that have no idea what they are doing. I have been a client for many years. But when my dog suddenly just collapsed. I called the office. It was 2oclock and they were in the office. But I was told to go to animal hospital in blue ash. That there was no way a vet could see him today. After telling her the dog is dying in front of me and no one was willing to go out of their way to see him. I boarded my dogs here recently while my family and I went away and I was very disappointed in the boarding. We were promised updates and pictures but never got any and when my mom called on a Wednesday (we had dropped them off on a Friday and left on Saturday) They said everything was fine and then on Friday called and said that my Yorkie had been throwing up since Tuesday and hadn't gone to the bathroom since Tuesday also! I think thet really don't care that's for sure I took my dog there and they said nothing wrong with her wrong she had low blood sagar

Took over 2 + weeks to get a call back, concerning my sons dog. Never again!
