I have been a client for many years. But when my dog suddenly just collapsed. I called the office. It was 2oclock and they were in the office. But I was told to go to animal hospital in blue ash. I boarded my dogs here recently while my family and I went away and I was very disappointed in the boarding. We were promised updates and pictures but never got any and when my mom called on a Wednesday (we had dropped them off on a Friday and left on Saturday) They said everything was fine and then on Friday called and said that my Yorkie had been throwing up since Tuesday and hadn't gone to the bathroom since Tuesday also! I think thet really don't care that's for sure I took my dog there and they said nothing wrong with her wrong she had low blood sagar
