The lifestance system is very difficult to use. There are multiple logins depending what region your provider is in. I have two doctors in two different regions, and require two different login locations. There send to be no one administrating the website. The appointment confirmation process is way too long and you spend a lot of time confirming information you've already entered - instead of simply asking if anything has changed.
