Great customer service. Worked with me to speed up install. Was originally priced at $1015, ended of charging $1189 + 400 for some out of code piping that needed to be replaced. Overall project was more expensive than I would have liked but the work was quality, fast, and the tech was on time and professional.

Chief plumber James Rock was everything one could hope for in such a call: Punctual, knowledgeable, honest, courteous, professional, and thorough. He evaluated my problem quickly, and in short order advised me that the occlusion was on the city s side of responsibility.
