The two gentlemen were very professional and kind. They were 4.5 hours later than the scheduled appointment. I chose a 0800 appointment and I received an email from home advisor confirming the 0800 email. I also received a call from Derrick as soon as I made the appointment confirming the appointment. They did not arrive until 1130 and did not call to let me know that they would be late until I called the phone number at 0900 to ask where they were. Not so simple kitchen faucet installation. Very responsive, courteous and skillful. Would definitely use them the next time I need a plumber.
