Other than the process taking 4 months to get a part the staff I eventually ended with did a great job of trying to help as best they could with the situation. Melanie was a voice from above when she called and said my car was done. I was told by David that I would get a call when the part came in but didn’t. I’m trying to take Kenny’s name off but can’t. Don’t know who he is. Melanie is who called and helped.
