My sparkplug popped out while vacationing in SC. This has happened before years ago. AAA towed me to the closest dealership that had tools to fix the problem. They started work on it right away. It took about 4 hours and I was on my way home again. All at the dealership were friendly and super nice. The price was less than repair cost from years ago. That really made me happy. I was worried about being ripped off while on the road, not this time. I have driven the van another 300 +miles and have not had any problems... read more
