I bought a Ralph Lauren dress that had a rip in the front of the dress that needed repair in order to be worn. All of the sales associates were aware that it had a rip in the front. However when I inquired about a discount due to the rip and my needing to pay a seamstress for repair, they were adamant that they would NOT give a discount at all. The customer service at the front desk is horrible. The ladies on the floor are very helpful. I would not recommend going to a store that sales damaged clothes for the original price.

The communication from their consignment staff is horrible. If they choose not to sell your items, they are donated; no phone call, no chance to pick them up. It is not written in their "contract" that they will not contact you (by phone, e-mail, etc) but they will tell you when you question them, "they don't have time to contact every one of their consignors." Spend $136. Bought a pair of clip on earrings for $24. I tried one of the earrings on in the store fit perfectly once I got home I tried on both of the earrings the other earring didn't clip to my ear.
