With a most recent purchase of a home, we were referred to Dillon Dambly for financing options. Immediately, I was put at ease when Dillon presented a plan of action (on a Saturday), and even more so when he delivered on that. It was not "call me next week." Dillon is professional, candid, and genuinely amicable with no hustle, one sometimes experiences financing real estate. He kept us posted, with great follow up and refreshingly does what he says he will do. Outstanding!

Dillon was rude towards my wife who sadly could not be on the loan. So I am not sure if that was the problem. Lots of errors in paperwork. At some point it was documented that my dad and I were married. He made a very rude comment to my wife when she was asking questions. Ge stated that he can just cancel this whole thing. He was not responsive when we would reach out with questions. This was our first home buying experience and it was not good. Being informed beforehand of the individual steps and who was responsible for doing those steps as well as their contact info. I would have appreciated written communication with the preliminary numbers to review. This could have come with a disclosure.

We are all busy but the communication and level of attention to important details was poor. I will say Dillon quickly corrected issues as they presented so that was a plus. This team won't be my go to but not isn't the worst I have worked with either.
