Seems good coming in this place looked great on paper, pool, dog park, nice layout, pretty lawns, 24 hour fitness. Turns out 24 hour finess is a room with 3 out of 5 broken machines that are only available during office hours. The pool has always been closed, and they keep it around to say they have one, the grass is treated with terrible pesticides that pets and kids get rashes from, and a new management company took over and raised the rent by $150/month without more than a weeks notice.
