So yes this is a legit company. While they are not technically a timeshare, the same principles and language applies. There are annual activation fees of $238 for “members”. And numerous booking fees. Their resorts as they say are all 5 stars, yet sometimes they slip up and say 4 stars as well. We sat through a 2hr presentation and the salesman Mauricio was superb.
