I just came back from my first trip using my membership. Everything has gone smoothly.
Good customer service
Horrible experience with this company. I paid $100 for what was supposed to be a two night stay at a 5 star resort in Miami. I ended up at an old, dirty Hampton Inn that was over an hour outside of the city. I’m so thankful I did not sign up for their membership after this “gift” I received from them. It’s a scam. Hidden fees and restrictions.
We've been with Club Travalia for over a year now, and it’s been a game changer. The member benefits are top-notch, and the customer service always goes above and beyond. It’s truly a VIP experience every time we travel!
