Good customer service
I wish it could zero stars they are basically a scam they fool you with mis information and when you get to their presentations everything is different and they are rude
I would it's not worth getting stay away from these people. They are complete fraud. I tried to cancel my policy and that was my own fault for not reading the contract. They tell you it's OK for you to cancel, but you have three days to cancel or your sign to a bill for 18,000 not to mention the high monthly payment with a high interest rate. They are some scammers. This is how they make their money do not get this.
They sold a trip to a group of friends; some received some of the promised items, others nothing. They promised refunds, but it's been months since we got them. They don't even answer emails, phone calls, or WhatsApp messages anymore. Some of us were given plane tickets, but when we arrived, the hotels hadn't been paid for. They don't deliver. Not recommended at all, terrible.
