RecommendedWe have used the service department for over 12 years and have always been pleased with the service, the business hours with early Saturday appointments and express service, and the service writers They always do a great job of explaining recommendations for service. Have particularly enjoyed working with Amy and Harold who are always warm and friendly when I come in!

RecommendedMy mother and I met with Jeremy today and both walked away with gently used cars we are proud of now owning. He was attentive to our needs and questions, and was genial and friendly throughout the entire process. RecommendedI was traveling from WV to home in CT on Sunday evening and on the way my Ridgeline started experiencing serious electrical problems that made further travel impossible. Virtually all warning lights came on and the transmission started bucking. RecommendedThe service department was great to work with. I scheduled my appointment for a minor service online. Harold was ready when I showed up. He checked for recalls on my vehicle (none) and had me on my way in about 45 minutes. The waiting room was pleasant and comfortable. The cashier was pleasant and efficient.

RecommendedExcellent service! I had a recall and a warranty repair along with needing some basic maintenance on the brakes. I literally go past the Chantilly Honda every morning and went to make an appointment with them first. However, they tried to weasel their way out of the warranty work and said that they would not give me a loaner - I'd have to use a rental car.
