RecommendedJust had oil changed for 1st time on my Ridgeline. Harold got me in and out on Saturday morning in about 1 hour.

I was traveling from WV to home in CT on Sunday evening and on the way my Ridgeline started experiencing serious electrical problems that made further travel impossible. Virtually all warning lights came on and the transmission started bucking. As the situation worsened, I had my daughter google the nearest Honda dealer and we just made it to a motel three miles from Miller Honda. The service department was great to work with. I scheduled my appointment for a minor service online. Harold was ready when I showed up. He checked for recalls on my vehicle (none) and had me on my way in about 45 minutes. The waiting room was pleasant and comfortable. The cashier was pleasant and efficient.

Excellent service! I had a recall and a warranty repair along with needing some basic maintenance on the brakes. I literally go past the Chantilly Honda every morning and went to make an appointment with them first. However, they tried to weasel their way out of the warranty work and said that they would not give me a loaner - I'd have to use a rental car. Always great service
We had a rodent chew through our gas wires. Miller Honda discovered it and worked with our insurance Rep, to settle the claim and to order and replace our gas tank in our 2016 Honda Accord. We have been a Honda customer since late 1999, and have purchased several Honda's. We are very pleased with their courteous service both in sales and service. We would highly recommend this Dealership.
We love LOVE Miller Honda. We always use their service department (love Amy) and purchase our vehicles there as well. Great GREAT customer service in both departments. Think you can get better prices elsewhere....think again....get your price there and bring it to them, and they will match or beat it. Shop local in both departments. Keep your money at home where it will help our employees locally. Again....WE LOVE MILLER HONDA!!!
