RecommendedManny and everyone in the service department were great to deal with. The only problem I had was when we purchased our van we were told it had free state inspection for as long as we owned the vehicle. Today we were told they no longer do that. I know they changed ownership but thought it would be grandfathered. We drive a distance to get oil changed and tires rotated there . We will have to really think hard about doing that next time since I can pay for it closer to home.
I came 30 minutes before they closed because I was coming from work. Ryan took the best care of me right away. Ryan texted me right away assuring me that if I had any questions I could text that number. I LOVE the text feature Honda offers! I left my car with the shop and told them I would pick it up the next day or whenever it was ready. but wasn’t in a rush at all. My car was ready the next morning early! I was so impressed! I love bringing my car to Honda ☺️
I am quite a distance from this Honda location, but when I need something done to my car I come here. My car was purchased in Harrisonburg, but their shop there didn't recognized the defect on my car even after complaining to them three times. They told me there was nothing wrong with my car even though the smell of fuel inside and out had become suffocating. I even considered selling my car then because of it and the car was still under manufacturer's warranty at that time. I decided to bring my car to this honda location ... read more
