Excellent! Ralph, Alex and Dillon did a great job! They did a clean and thorough energy assessment. John and Alejandro came the next day to do the Aeroseal and they were fantastic as well. I highly recommend this company!
ORIGINAL: Beware. They replaced my shower head with one with a long hose. Well the lining inside split and water sprays everywhere. I called to find out it is only guaranteed for one year. Now it will cost me to have a plumber replace it with a new one. I am unable to do it myself. Very disappointing. UPDATE: SHORTLY AFTER POSTING MY ISSUE, I RECEIVED A CALL FROM CMC. Francisc was sent out immediately to fix the problem. He pleasantly replaced the hose/shower head ! Thank you for your positive and quick response.
(Be sure to read the whole review... the results are amazing! They are going to save me thousands of dollars a years) We bought our house a few years back, which is about 70 years old. As oil prices skyrocketed and we were paying hundred and hundreds of dollars a month to heat the home I decided I needed make a change. Do I get rid of my boiler and transition entirely to an electric heat pump? Francisco and Jordan were fantastic, efficient and totally educated and guided us through our audit and they answered all of our questions in detail. I cannot recommend them enough.Extremely knowledgeable and utterly thorough. If you have Wallingford electric or not, get them to your home. You will be saving money after your energy audit and they can provide huge rebates (they did for me, but if you don't have Wallingford electric I don't know if they are as big) for you to do additional work to seal off leaks and do insulat... read more
What a great pleasure it was to meet the ‘high energy’ team of Andrew and Elizabeth! They were both so friendly and knowledgeable along with being so informed about the whole process of this evaluation. Andrew completed a lengthy book of details for me to go over when I want to improve the energy model of my house. It made it easy to put things in perspective when deciding whether to get new sofa first or new windows!
