Anyone who doesn't conduct an energy audit on their home is insane. Seriously. This was my first experience with CMC Energy Services. They were recommended from UI to help with our energy audit and I could not have been more impressed with their service, professionalism and expertise. What a great pleasure it was to meet the ‘high energy’ team of Andrew and Elizabeth! They were both so friendly and knowledgeable along with being so informed about the whole process of this evaluation. Andrew completed a lengthy book of details for me to go over when I want to improve the energy model of my house. Subsidized pricing makes this very affordable. But it seems they are also cutting back on the qualifications on their workforce. They completely forgot to insulate one small section and they used backer rods with clear silicone in our kitchen. The backer rod is still visible of course and doesn't look good.
