This review is my personal experience. My case goes back to hurricane ***. It took over two years fighting the ****************** *** recommended a law firm which aided in my settlement.. Once that stage was complete, the re-roofing was done very smoothly. The delivery of the tiles was smooth, along with initial stacking. The installation was done within 4 days after that. I was kept abreast of the whole process. I am aware of earlier issues with CMR, but my experience was very good.

*** did a terrific job for us once the insurance company settled. *** took over and worked diligently to get us all of the required paperwork for our Association and for the permitting process they managed. All of the personnel were exceptional to work with from order entry to final production. It stormed this morning( a Sunday) and started raining inside the kitchen of our restaurant. *** was called, they immediately picked up the phone and sent a supervisor out within an hour. ****** **** showed up, assessed the situation VERY thoroughly and found it wasn't a problem with the roof at all. It was actually the exhaust hood leaking. Great service, and a great job.. especially for a Sunday! Thanks!

The CMR team did an outstanding job installing a new roof on our home. We were initially concerned about using them since we had read several negative reviews about CMR after we had signed a contract with them . Many of our neighbors had recommended them , but none had the size roof that we have . We talked directly with the CMR general manager Brad before the work began .
