Very Unprofessional, unfinished work, said they installeed a backflash and the roof started linking and found out it never was placed. Sent the whole insurance check and realized that some of that check was for other damages. They refused to send the difference. we said we would pay the balance when the job when completed. Was called a name when they got caught up in a lie. Did not tarpe sunroom and left mes along with cushions ruined. Never called back to after several attemps. This has been going on since 08/2025.
Completely unprofessional company been waiting on my build to get started for months DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!
If I could leave zero stars, I would. Do not use this company!!!!! ***** this company!!!!!!! They were super eager to get my business initially, then after a customer service call asking for an update since I didn't hear from the technician, I received another person. Their representative ****** talk, the very good gang. But when it came down to doing the work very disappointing. The contractor they hired to replace my roof on my house and garage, do not do a very good job. The corner of my roof the shingles. are sticking up. They put holes in my garage roof and they damage my gutter. Which they told me will be replaced. They will not answer nor return my calls. Now the person they contacted to replace part of the ceiling in the **** area of my house did a fantastic job.
On 4/2024 we contracted C&N Construction Company to do our roof, gutters and capping the roof was done and paid but still waiting for the gutters and capping to be done, after waiting for awhile we called about the gutters and capping they send someone out , that person only did the covering for the gutters and some patching of the capping, we took pictures and send them to the contractor and we told him we were not happy about the work so he came out took a look at the work that was done and he wasn't happy about it either ... read more

She performed an inspection which indicated there was hail damage, and I needed a new roof. The roof is nearly 20 years old but she assured me the insurance company would pay if the hail damage is verified and within the policy period. Shady company. Charged me about $4,000 more to do ******* than other estimates and did a lousy job. Roof edges very wavy and uneven, knocked my light pole down, broke 2 window well covers and my gazebo top torn from shingles going thru. They fixed all of these but it seems that they charged me for it. When they came back to recut the the edges, no one picked up the pieces so they are all over. Very unhappy with this company.
A few years ago I hired C&N Construction to replace my roof, gutters, downspouts and install gutter guards. Initially I was very happy with the work and the product until this past October. Ive made multiple attempts to get a hold of the company regarding failing gutter guards. One of their job managers did come out and look at the product. I was told that they dont warrantee the gutter guards and that I could go to Menards and purchase the product to fix or replace the gutter guards on my own.First of all, I paid good money... read more

********************* is a customer from 2017. The gutter guards are now over 4 years old. The gutter guards were upgraded to the type that gets screwed in place. If you read reviews on the type of product gutter guards begin to deteriorate within a few months. There are upgradable options such as wire mesh versus the screen material you have, but in the case of this job it was just a replacement, furthermore, the company that installed the guards did do the installation correctly. Had a run with this company. They came to my door explained to me what I needed and needed to do. I opened a claim, then to my surprise, the insurance denied repairs to half of my roof. C&N then tried to arbitrate on my accord and after months they recommend that I open ANOTHER claim. It was DENIED because the first claim was opened already. BAD, BAD, BAD.
